* support added for pwg_token to be provided for my category calls (will
be checked against server token)
* support added for list of available piwigo sites (used for
privacy_plugin multimedia pattern matcher).
* support added to retrieve a url for any available extra file formats
that might be available.

Fixed bug where the category (album) description was showing incorrectly unless the Extended Descriptions plugin was installed.

this fixes an issue caused by my changing the folder this is installed into to PiwigoClientWsExt. That was incorrect. It should adhear to the convention.
