Suite of Perl scripts that can make your usage of phpwebgallery a lot easier.

Currently includes:

* createPackage: script that makes the creation/maintenance of extensions packages a lot easier (intended to be used by extension developers).

Tested on Linux, should work on Mac OS X. Doesn't work on Windows.
